By supplying quality lubricant products, Shell is ready to help companies to improve their operational systems and to cut the relevant costs associated with each of their businesses,” said Mr. Doori.

The partnership further enables PT Euroasiatic Jaya to serve customers using the GE Jenbacher engines in a much more efficient, flexible and simple manner. Users of the gas engine will benefit from a comprehensive engine maintenance program, including within the timing of the application of the lubricant, and in the aspects of technical support and optimum solutions in regards to lubricants.

“This collaboration is possible thanks to the innovative technology from Shell, which is proven to be able to improve performance, cut the operational costs in using GE Jenbacher engines, while giving the right lubrication solution that benefits all our customers and partners,” said Mr. Maehl.

The cooperation between Shell and Euroasiatic Jaya is a continuation of a previous agreement made betwen Shell Global and GE on April 2106, in which both companies recommended Shell Mysella as the global lubricant for GE Jenbacher Type 4 and Type 6 engines. The engine is used in over 80 countries.

“Our studies have shown that consumers could lose more than a million dollars by using the wrong lubricant. Shell Indonesia, with our various products and our Original Equipment Manufacturer agreement can help partners and customers in finding the best solution,” said Bambang Wahyudi, Vice President Technical at PT Shell Indonesia.
