BMW launches Diplomatic Service

In another show of committment in providing an unparalleled and exclusive service to its customers from government insitutions and international organizations, BMW launched its BMW Diplomatic Services in October. The service is expected to strengthen BMW Group’s position as the number one choice for world leaders in regards to premium, individual mobility.

BMW has prepared a special team to give all available ease in the configuration of special vehicles, in determining prices and spare parts services to these priority customers. As a part of the BMW Diplomatic Service event, which was held in Grand Hyatt, Jakarta, Karen Lim, President Director of BMW Group Indonesia presented the keys to a BMW 730Li to H.E. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan, Ambassador of Vietnam to Indonesia in a ceremonial handover.

In her remarks, Ms. Lim said BMW Group fully support and appreciate the significant contributions given by diplomats, the consular corps and members of all international organizations. The will and desire of these organizations in discovering solutions to various meet global challenges was in-line with the values of BMW Group, particularly under the watchful eye of the general public.

“The BMW Diplomatic Service is dedicated to give the best service possible, catered to the specific need of diplomats and leaders and offering our series of special and unique services to ensure that their travels are comfortable and safe,” said Mrs. Lim.

“BMW Group itself has been honing and focusing this segment of the car industry for years and is able to tailor its car to the demand and taste of each individual. We also offer this in our Security and Authority Vehicles line. We aspire to meet the high requirement of the diplomatic community and various international organizations. The BMW Diplomatic Service ensures that there is harmony between the price, the quality and our globally recognized on-demand service,” she added.

As many as 40 diplomats and high-ranking officials from various international organizations in Indonesia are served by BMW. The service include a 3-year guarantee BMW Repair Inclusive, as well as BMW Service which eliminates all fees for car maintainance for the next five years or up to 60,000km and a 36 month guarantee without any limit of distance travelled. The program also include the BMW Group Tire Coverage, a three-year 100% replacement guarantee for tires for up to four tires per year.

The service also includes a third-party related incident; a comprehensive car insurance program for all damages incurred in the incident.
