ICCQ Seminars: Practical tips for Sales Department Managers

Executive Coach Cynthia Wihardja shared her 20-year experience in sales, marketing and entrepreneurship to facilitate the interactive workshop, connecting audiences of various business backgrounds. Business owners, sales directors and managers need to rely on their sales teams with their selling skills and capabilities. Ms. Wihardja highlighted the importance for companies to find and recruit the right sales persons, how to create an effective incentive system to motivate achievement and how to set up and monitor KPI to increase the success in performance.
