In cooperation with KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH, a leading German bank focused on international project and export financing, the the Competence Center for German Export Finance of the AHK Singapore (Singapore-Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and EKONID (German-Indonesian Chamber of Industry and Commerce) are organizing an online workshop for business actors involved in transport infrastructure projects in Indonesia.

Apart from the ongoing development of infrastructure, Indonesia, with a total of 17,000 islands, still has infrastructure gaps that could hamper the development of Indonesian industry. The development of digitization and the increasing e-commerce business, especially since the COVID 19 pandemic, can be used as a trigger point to improve the transport infrastructure to achieve balanced economic development in the regions. With this online workshop, KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH and the Competence Center for German Export Finance would like to provide business actors with knowledge about solutions and alternatives for financing infrastructure projects in Indonesia.
