H2Uppp, implemented by GIZ and EKONID, supports the development of green hydrogen (H₂) and Power-to-X (PtX) technologies in Indonesia. Funded by BMWK, the program drives market expansion, investment, and technology transfer to strengthen Indonesia’s hydrogen economy. With abundant renewable energy resources, the country holds strong potential for green hydrogen production, but challenges in clean energy transition remain. H2Uppp connects German, European, and Indonesian businesses to provide market insights, build industry networks, and facilitate market entry.

To advance this initiative, a Business Roundtable: Exploring Green Hydrogen Opportunities in Indonesia will be held, bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, and experts to discuss market opportunities, challenges, and innovations in the sector.
