Government procurement in Indonesia involves a range of procedures, qualification requirements, and regulatory considerations that companies need to understand when participating in public tenders.
To provide businesses with a clearer overview of the current framework, AHK Indonesia/EKONID will host the Online Legal Roundtable “Government Procurement in Indonesia: Mechanisms, Requirements, and Strategic Approaches.”
The session will examine key procurement mechanisms and tender procedures, as well as the qualification and regulatory requirements relevant to companies seeking to participate in government procurement processes.
Participants will also gain insights into practical considerations surrounding public tenders, including how businesses can better understand the applicable procedures and requirements when approaching procurement opportunities in Indonesia.
The discussion will feature Ms. Dwi Rahayu Eka Setyowati, S.H., M.H., Director of Business Climate Development and International Cooperation at the National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP), together with a representative of the Indonesian Procurement Experts Association (IAPI).
The roundtable will combine regulatory and practical perspectives and provide participants with an opportunity to better understand Indonesia’s public procurement environment.
