As SES's representative in Indonesia, EKONID connects local companies with German experts to transfer knowledge and build capacity. EKONID ensures assignments align with SES guidelines and Indonesian needs, fostering sustainable growth and strengthening German-Indonesian collaboration. Through its expertise, EKONID facilitates efficient communication, logistical support, and assignment execution, ensuring impactful outcomes.
EKONID's Support Activities
To ensure the success of SES assignments in Indonesia, EKONID provides end-to-end support, which includes:
- Request Assistance: Guiding Indonesian companies and organizations in submitting detailed requests to SES.
- Feasibility Verification: Acting as an intermediary to ensure the assignments align with SES guidelines.
- Profile Sharing: Facilitating the communication process by sharing expert profiles (CVs) tailored to client needs.
- Logistics Coordination: Managing agreements on assignment scope, costs, and duration, along with other logistical arrangements.
- Implementation Monitoring: Overseeing the assignment’s execution and ensuring all requirements are met.
How to Get Involved
German and Indonesian companies or organizations can participate in the SES program through these simple steps:
- Contact EKONID: Reach out to EKONID for initial guidance and information.
- Submit a Request: Complete a detailed request form provided by EKONID and SES.
- Request Review: SES evaluates the request’s feasibility and identifies suitable experts.
- Expert Proposal: SES provides expert profiles to EKONID, which shares them with the client.
- Agreement and Preparation: Agree on assignment scope, duration, and logistics, including MOUs and cost-sharing arrangements.
- Assignment Execution: The SES expert travels to Indonesia to execute the assignment. Accommodation, local transport, and other needs are the organization’s responsibility, with SES providing additional support where necessary.
- Post-assignment Evaluation: EKONID and SES collaborate with the client to assess results and discuss follow-up activities.
