Recruitment for Germany

We support German companies wishing to recruit skilled workers in Indonesia. We support you from the identification of suitable applicants through to their entry into Germany. This includes assistance with the recognition process for the relevant Indonesian educational qualification.

Our support comprises the following five phases:

Phase 1: Identification of potential skilled workers

  1. Pre-selection of relevant candidates
  2. Organisation and support during introduction meetings

Phase 2: Recognition advisory

  1. Recognition advisory for Indonesian workers
  2. Support in submitting the application for recognition

 

The actual processing of the application for recognition then takes place in parallel to phase 3. 

Phase 3: Linguistic and cultural preparation

  1. Organisation of language courses and examinations, e.g. at the Goethe Institute
  2. Cultural introduction to living and working in Germany (based on needs)

Phase 4: Preparation to enter Germany

  1. Advisory and support with visa applications
  2. Provision of necessary accompanying documents, in particular translations and Apostilles as proof of authenticity for Indonesian documents (depending on the current applicable visa regulations)

Phase 5: After entering Germany

Support as a contact person for the German companies and the Indonesian skilled workers for a certain period of time (e.g. in the form of online meetings)
