Our support comprises the following five phases:
Phase 1: Identification of potential skilled workers
- Job advertisement/announcements
- Identification and approach of relevant universities (e.g. use of ANABIN)
- Collection of applications and pre-selection
- Preliminary interviews to support the pre-selection process
- Transmission of the selected applications
- Online meeting arrangement and accompaniment of initial interviews
- Psychological test (optional) to support the selection of candidates
Phase 2: Recognition counseling
- Recognition advice for Indonesian workers
- Support in submitting the application for recognition
The actual processing of the application for recognition then takes place in parallel to phase 3.
Phase 3: Linguistic and cultural preparation
- Arrangement of language courses, e.g. at the Goethe Institute
- Cultural introduction to living and working in Germany (incl. social security system and other important bureaucratic issues)
- Integration into company-specific preparatory measures
Phase 4: Entering Germany
- Visa application assistance
- Support for German companies and Indonesian applicants before applicants goes to Germany (e.g. regular meetings)
Phase 5: After entering Germany
Support as a contact person for the German companies and the Indonesian skilled workers for a certain period of time (e.g. in the form of online meetings)
