On 15 May 2026, EKONID had the pleasure of visiting AHK Japan through a meeting between Ms. Margareth Salindeho, Senior Executive of the Business Development Department of EKONID, and Dr. Lucas Witoslawski, the Chief Operating Officer / Deputy Delegate of German Industry and Commerce in Japan.

On 15 May 2026, EKONID had the pleasure of visiting AHK Japan through a meeting between Ms. Margareth Salindeho, Senior Executive of the Business Development Department of EKONID, and Dr. Lucas Witoslawski, the Chief Operating Officer / Deputy Delegate of German Industry and Commerce in Japan. 

 

As part of the global German Chamber network (AHK), which consists of more than 150 offices in 93 countries worldwide, both EKONID and AHK Japan share a common role in supporting bilateral economic relations between Germany and their respective local markets.  

 

The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to exchange experiences, share insights, and learn from one another in supporting business cooperation across the region. 

 

EKONID sincerely appreciates the warm welcome and insightful exchange with AHK Japan and looks forward to continuing the good relations within the AHK network in Asia.

    From 22–26 June 2026, EKONID participated in the Intersolar Europe exhibition series at Messe München in Munich, Germany, and joined site visits to two agrivoltaic photovoltaic (Agri-PV) projects in Bavaria as part of the Indonesian delegation facilitated by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). The delegation included representatives from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, PLN, the Ministry of Finance, the Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG), Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), the Indonesian Solar Energy Association (AESI), and other key stakeholders. The programme provided opportunities to engage with German companies and institutions, explore the latest renewable energy technologies, and promote Indonesia's investment potential.

    From 24 to 27 June 2026, AHK Indonesia/EKONID participated in Messe München’s ASEAN Training Days in Shanghai, organized by the International Sales team of Messe München, one of the world's leading trade fair organizers headquartered in Germany, with support from Messe Muenchen International Asia’s Shanghai office. The program gathered Messe München representatives from across ASEAN, including Indonesia, to strengthen collaboration, sales capabilities, and market knowledge within the region.
